I might be known as the screwed-up, raw, rebellious, cryptic, brutally honest, pessimistic, stubborn, non-comforming #$%*head tom-boy that doesn't follow the herd. (Sweet, aren't I?!) Nobody can tell me what to do, and I listen to no one. I don't open up easily, so it comes as a surprise to myself that I started this journal thing. I am a night owl, NEVER a morning person. I like quiet and calm surroundings because my anxiety level is at its peak these days (ANYTHING can set me off; just ask the boyfriend!). I enjoy reading good books with original storylines (mysteries, horror, romantic suspense, or even something educational), writing (I write all kinds of random things), coffee (Seattle's IS the Best!), and I am addicted to chocolate. I can usually be found in my apartment with my black cat Boo, either reading or writing, cooking food, watching Oprah and Dr. Phil, cleaning (yes, I enjoy cleaning), or just spending time alone because I enjoy my own quiet company. For the record, NO I am not Gothic or "Emo" or whatever other label people pin on me. In fact, I consider myself a serious, spiritual person and I live by God's Word. No, I am not overly or obsessively Christian, nor do I attend church, but I believe in and love God and do my best to not live in sin (it's hard, but, I try!). Ummm, I am not a big talker. I am usually too busy thinking to talk. But when I do, I always say what comes to my mind...I never sugarcoat anything or whatever. I think I get my hard-headedness from my Mom. I am not close with either of my parents---had problems with them all my life. Thank the good Lord I no longer live with them. They've done their damage, now I'm moving on...
